Research and development mandate of Zetech University (ZU) is spelt out in the Proposed Zetech University Charter. The university derives its research mission from the national development plan for the relevant sectors of the economy while exercising this mandate. ZU strengthens its research capacity, both internally and through local, regional and international collaboration, in order to achieve its research mission in a prioritized manner. Strengthening and improving the University's research continuously address the following four key measures of performance - relevance, necessity, internal efficiency and effectiveness.
